Also you'll find you may get kicked off quite a bit from some of the international servers as they've changed a lot of their rules about connection conditions etc.
You'll find the local vic servers more accomodating. Still, do what has been suggested, by using the international ipfilter but i do suggest connecting to the vix servers.
