Hi all, I had the same issue but just found the solution. In the sidebar where you can see your calendar and the "To Do" option, click down on the "Tasks" option and you can switch to the flagged emails. I wish they would still allow us to view both at the same time but I'll take what I can get until they fix it. Hope this works for you. I attached a pic if it helps :)
