Thanks for reaching out. Believe I found your account details and support ticket created online and have asked the Sage 50 Canada support team to follow up with you. In the meantime, another item to check is that you have the 2023 version installed (download the full product 2023 version here).
When you launch the software it should list the version year, but you can also go to the Help > About Sage 50 menu option to check. The bottom corner of the software will also need to say "Pro" in order for your Sage 50 Canada Pro edition activation codes to work. To add to what Alwyn mentioned, you can directly copy / paste the codes from the Customer Portal to your software. Hope this helps.
