Thanks, Mahmud1. To send a file, I paste the text of my file into the window of the "Alphaword Files to Send" tab in NEO Manager, choose the file number box and then jump to the "Send List" tab. Then, I click "Send" and the text transmits to my NEO2. I don't use file names with my NEO2...I just send text back and forth to the device using NEO Manager.
The NEO2 has been an invalauble productivity device, forcing me to focus solely on the text and content, without worrying about formatting, battery life or other distractions.
I know Renaissance Learning (formerly Alphasmart) doesn't support Windows 10, but still hope that I can figure out how to get NEO Manager to send files to my NEO2 as you were able to do, since it looks like Windows 10 is here to stay...
