This problem occurs if the KMS server does not find a valid Windows marker in the ACPI_SLIC table in the computer BIOS program. Either the marker is corrupt or not present. Updating the BIOS should fix this. To update the BIOS, go to the computer manufacturer's website, most probably the driver download section, and download and install the latest update for the BIOS.
