it only happens when I use 7zip to extract a zip file inside the Windows 'Downloads' folder
the Downloads folder is sitting on a separate harddrive (E:)
it only happens when Firefox, the browser that downloaded the zip file, is open during the extraction process
not all zip files cause these crashes but the ones that do cause it, cause it consistently
