I also recommend Omno, nice relaxing game, easy to complete.
Other than that, maybe Cat Quest and/or TOEM might be possibilities - they take a bit longer than 4 hours unfortunately, but they are easy to complete, perfect for passing the controller around, and great fun for all ages
Edit: Oh, and what about Astro's Playroom? Can't go wrong with that 👌
