Step 2. On the upcoming window, navigate to the left toolbar and choose the "Page Tools" icon. Now, you will see three options at the top of the screen, and you have to choose the "Background" tool among them. Afterward, head to the bottom right and click the "Add" button, which opens a new menu on the right side.
