In the "Download Quality" dropdown, choose the desired video quality (e.g., 1080p, 720p, etc.) In the "Convert" dropdown, select "Convert video to MP4" if not already selected. Click the "Download" button at the bottom of the YTD Video Downloader window. The software will begin downloading the video and converting it to the MP4 format.
