Thanks for the post and pardon the late response. Normally you do not need to manually specify the zoom.us04 or zoom.us02 to join a meeting. Using zoom.us should be sufficient. If this issue is for the Zoom client, please try to contact Zoom client support at -us/requests/new and one of the Zoom experts will be happy to assist you.
