This product is exactly what I was looking for, something to completely cleanse but not in a harsh way. I prefer the powder over capsules and it does not taste bad. After just 24 hours it flushed me out so well I decided to take a break instead of going for the full 7 days. Would highly recommend for those looking to cleanse and reset their digestive system.
