I have an even slower Asus EeePC 1000H with an Intel Atom N270 CPU (32bit) with an integrated Intel GMA 950 series Graphics Processor. Q4OS runs fine (taking in account the hardware limitations) and the Intel i915 driver is used (so should yours). You may check this on the terminal with the command (in my case):
