Your friends have no problems connecting when using the nosteam.bat file without them using the -nosteam parameter in their game? Are you able to join other servers without the -nosteam parameter as well? It is preferable we do these tests all without the nosteam parameter, since I assume you are trying to start and load into a Steam server.
