Este nivel debe ser certificado a travs de algn examen oficial, el mnimo puntaje requerido para aplicar a residencia permanente en Australia debe ser ingls competente (equivalente al menos a 6 puntos en el IELTS- International English Language Testing System para todas las bandas, y entre 51 y 58 puntos en PTE -Pearson Test of English), o tambin podrs presentar otro examen de ingls acreditado por el Gobierno australiano.
