To fix this I went into my files and went to Steam > steamApps>common>FIFA 23>_Installer>EaAntiCheat and then opened the anitcheat installer. then i clicked fifa 23 in the drop down menu and clicked uninstall and then clicked install and then shut my computer down and turned it back on and my game is fixed.
