Google Voice has a variety of plans for domestic and international businesses as an add-on for Workspaces, with Google Voice Standard as a $20 per user per month add-on. If electronic fax and other features are necessary, you may need to look for a stand-alone VoIP service. Google Voice does provide business texting, which Microsoft 365 Business Voice does not.
