If you were subscribed to the Dropbox Plus 2TB which allows limited signature requests, and you signed up for the Dropbox Sign Essentials plan that allows you unlimited signature requests, you may notice that both Dropbox Sign and Dropbox offer the Essentials plan however they differ on the storage feature because Dropbox Sign Essentials doesn't include the 3,000 GB storage. Whereas with Dropbox , if you were coming from Dropbox Plus and you upgraded to Dropbox Essentials 3000 GB, the system will generate an error if you already have a Dropbox Sign account with the same email address. So if you really need to be able to utilize the added features of Dropbox Essentials 3000 GB plan like the unlimited signature requests, you need to change your email from your Dropbox Sign ( as was suggested to you by one of our Staff) to a different email. Once changed, if you are already subscribed to the Dropbox Sign Essentials with no storage, you may opt to cancel it so you can just upgrade your Dropbox Plus 2TB to the Dropbox Essentials 3TB and the unlimited signature requests , among other features added should already work . Hope this helps
