In 2002, I emerged from a dark and seemingly hopeless state. I realized there had to be a different way to live. I asked the universe for help and something lovely, powerful and meaningful awakened inside; an inner guidance. I was taught about the healing power of prayer, affirmations, forgiveness and meditation.
