If you can't get the email confirmation (not even in your junk email folder) it's your email provider, not xEnviro. Try a different email provider. Some provider are known to filter out emails they think are junk and not even providing them to you (hotmail f.e. is known for it, last time I have seen it that user tried gmail as far as I remember and he got the confirmation within seconds).
