This is a post that is comparing Pixel Gun Tower Defense and Tower Defense Simulator (i mean obviously). Why i decided to make this, partially because pgtd is pissing me off and partially because i wanted to write stuff. That being said, this post will divide and critique both games based off of Creativity, Balancing, Difficulty, and Replayability. I will be trying my best to keep an unbiased opinion, although i will be sharing my stories and experiences. Note i will not be rewarding points to whichever i think does better in each department, as stated i will not be stating my opinion and leave you to decided whichever one you see as better to you. If you dont know what PGTD is, well that would make since. Id actually say its pretty niche game. The community was once actually pretty large, i think around 3 k concurrent? But its definitely lessened a ton, while scrolling through the servers finding only 3-4 servers of 5-40 people. Anyways its a game based off of Pixel Gun 3D, and got to say that game was fun the first few years it came out. Last time i played it i found it fun too, but it was definitelty felt like it was turned too much into a cash grab, marketing everything and a crap ton of ads. PGTD uses weaponry from Pixel Gun, as well as its maps designed after some of the playable maps inside of Pixel Gun.
