I would also recommend using Server Essentials, that replaced SBS from back in the day. Server Essentials is designed for companies with less than 25 people. But there are some hardware limitations, for instance Server Essentials 2022 can only support 1 CPU with a max of 10 cores, and only 128GB of ram.
