I have Photo AI, and I observed a continuous buildup of model files in the ProgramData subfolder as new updates were applied. What I did with my last update to 2.4.2 was uninstall the previous version first. That makes sure that only the files associated with the current version remain in the folder. The folder has as much as 13GB in the past, but's only at 10GB now. I'll have to see what happens when I update to 3.x.
