Ubisoft set the minimum GPU needed for AC Valhalla at the Radeon R9 380 or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960. You will also need something like a Ryzen 3 1200 or an Intel Core i5-4460. Tack on at least 8 GB of system RAM and your computer will be ready for the launch of AC Valhalla on November 10th.
