Every Aberration item requires Aberration mats, so its kind of a moot point. Either you are sending the mats to Ragnarok, in which case you are perfectly capable of crafting the item on Aberration then sending the completed product, or you are going to Aberration to acquire the mats and then transferring back, in which case, why not just have an Aberration character to start with?
