Start by enabling XMP profile and raising System Agent Voltage to 1.00v. From the review I'm linking below this is usually the most likely voltage to need adjustment when it comes to memory. His speeds are faster but since you are running 32gb of ram you may need 1.00v for 1600 and if you want to run your memory 1866 xmp profile you may need as much as 1.05-1.1v. These ranges are perfectly safe. I'm personally running 1.15v just for gauranteed stability. IF and only if this doesnt work move on to the 2 I/O voltages and bump them up to 1.00-1.05v.
