2. If this had been a malware problem found in Farbar or ADW, how does an expert like yourself determine 'clean' vs 'infected'? Can a regular PC user self-diagnose. If the problem requires a Fix file, can a user make his/her own fix file? If there's a lot of education that the user would need, where would you direct us to learn?
