Update:
I was finally contacted by Paragon and I just needed the newest version of the software from their site. Its version PSG-31050-PEU. The software now reads the XFS partition without any problems and I can now copy the files over with out a problem. So anyone needing to recover files off a My Cloud that is configured for raid with an XFS partition my be able to use this as well for 20 bucks.
