Have an odd problem with Acrobat DC Reader throwing a msg : An error has occurred while opening this document. File not found. I translated it from french version of the reader. Acrobat has always worked fine. Out of the blue, customer started getting this error. The pdf file is on the network share. Other computers on the network are able to open the exact same file. Customer is able to open other file formats within the same directory. Customer is able to open PDF files that are on the local hard drive. Have reinstalled the acrobat reader many times. No errors in event logs. Any ideas?
