Hello, I meanwhile found a solution or a workaround. I inserted a Win7 DVD and started the repair process. This worked pretty fast without any loss of data. The Laptop is now able to boot Windows again. How to hard-reset this Laptop I still dont know, but with the above solution it worked for me.
