I have tried deleting the Snip&Sketch entries in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\AppRepository and C:\Program Files\WindowsApps. I have also tried to remove the entry in Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Extensions\ContractId\windows.appExecutionAlias\PackageId.
