You'd gotta be kidding me. If vaping causes fluid buildup in lungs, people would have ruined lungs from taking hot showers. You inhale much more vapor in shower than you can vape in a single day. Stop spreading rumors like this which can prevent smokers to switch to vaping. You might be killing someone by doing so.
