The logical SCXML events must be distinguished from theauthor-visible DOM events that are a mandatory part of the VoiceXML3 language. Implementations MUST raise these DOM events and processthem in the manner described in 4.4 EventModel . The interaction between actual DOM events andlogical SCXML events is described in 4.5 Document Initialization andExecution, below.
