I had some time to experiment with GIMP so I tried to rebuild the Gameof Thrones title that comes up after the intro music - that solareclipse thing. I only used a painting of a dragon that I found onflickr and the stony texture you can see around the medallion. I hadsome trouble to merge the dragons with the stones-texture and tocreate a look on them thats not too "flat". Especially the correctlighting was difficult - so I just made a higher contrast to concealthe differences. For the glowing metal stuff in the middle I've usedthe "Relief light" filter in the G'MIC plugin.
