Note that QEMU and libvirt connect video devices to the Root Complex bydefault, so no additional configuration is required. However, if a secondvideo device is added using virt-manager or virt-xml, it is connected to aRoot Port or PCIe-to-PCI bridge, which creates problems if the first device isremoved(virt-manager/virt-manager#402).
