If you can't log in to your POF app account from your phone, it may be a simple fix of requesting to reset your POF password. Go to the login page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter the email address that's associated with your POF account, and click "reset password." You'll be directed to another page that indicates you'll receive a password reset email if you entered the correct registered POF account email address.
