So if you run this command twice, the first run will reinstall any apps it can that dont require the frameworks, AND install all the frameworks (if the folders are there) then the second time you run it since the frameworks are now re-registered, the other apps will reinstall as well and Presto! You now have a windows Calculator again. Hope this help you guys too!
