You should first eliminate the possibility that you are experiencing a video or printer driver conflict.
Try setting up an Apple Laserwriter as your default printer and boot up in SAFE mode to test for driver conflicts.

5 A report from a user indicates that SaveAs may be more stable than Save.
6 A report from a user indicates that Origin's dialog may be more stable than Explorer's. To turn on Origin's dialog (turn off Explorer's), open the Script window and type @X=0 and press Enter.
If you do get a crash, then the programmers would like to know the module and address where the crash occurs (click the Details button) and they would like to know the values of any keywords in the [HINST] sections of ORIGIN.INI, ORIGIN50.INI and OTB.INI. Other useful information:
- Windows version
- Internet Explorer version (if installed)
- Video card and driver
- Printer and driver
