Please be aware that you are allowed two (2) different hardware configurations to be active at one time with one serial number. So the first thing to do, if you change something (even a router reboot can change your IP address), run the .exe installer. If that fails (usually because you are out of ID's), that is no problem. Send a ticket requesting a reset. There is no practical limit on the number of resets you can request from the same serial number, if you need them. We usually get a reset in a matter of hours if not minutes.
