A contractor told us our window needed parts and would have to be replaced for $550. We found new pivot shoes at WHD with the help of their staff and fixed the window for $4.62, a savings of $545. Fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service. Our windows are 17 years old, are no longer made and the installer is out of business, so I was delighted to find exact replacement parts at WHD.
