@VeryGood, I'm having an even more frustrating problem trying to get my account legal info verified. I didn't even get a "Fix Now" button that shows up and yet it says verification status is "Rejected". I've sent in a support request and responsed to an email from one of the support persons to send our LLC's Articles of Organization and receipt for our domain and CRICKETS. So I just finished sending in another support request.
