I first started with a personal finance software which installs only on Windows. I set up a Google Drive Sync, which lets me take immediate backups. I access my mail on the device using a browser, and import ledgers received as email attachments into the software. I save the files for a reference in the designated folder, from where it gets synced into Google Drive, which I can share with my tax consultant! Hmm .... nice! I've probably saved 500+ pages of prints in the last year and I was able to do all of this on one device!
