Idea being all your drives (hdd and ssd) for one massive storage pool with either replicas or reed-solomon parity, but you specifically write everything to the SSDs first and have it writeback to the HDDs in the background, and you also set bcachefs to promote to SSD on read, so in theory all your hot data stays on SSD.
