Hello. I'm posting this for my kid. He tried playing this morning and the game says "This save data is currently active elsewhere, and can no long be accessed on this device. If you wish to use this device, please reinstall the app and start from the beginning." Does this mean he was hacked? He doesn't use any other devices, so that is the only explanation that I can think of. If any one can help I would greatly appreciate it. We use letting him get upgrades as a type of allowance so he would be losing a lot if we can't access it again. Thank you in advance.
