For the computer to work with the scanner over the network, the MFscan utility and the MFdrivers will need to be installed and running properly. You can try downloading and installing the scan utility and the drivers from our support site using the link HERE. Once installed, you can try scanning again using the operation panel using to see if the issue is resolved.
