I understand you have apps that seem to be accessible in Siri suggestions but you cannot get them to your home screen. I would be happy to help! As it turns out, Siri suggestions are quick access shortcuts to apps, but do not contain the app itself. It is possible the app you need is on the phone still, but was accidentally dragged into another screen or into a folder.
