Growth time is the second component of the growth bar. All dragon species have a different minimum growth time, delineated in hours. In addition to this, each species has a different minimum growth time for its egg, hatch, and hatchling stages, typically increasing per evolution stage. Rare dragons and/or dragons with skipped stages such as Underground Dragon or Azak typically have longer growth times than corresponding common dragons, though this difference can be decreased greatly or even negated in the Egg stage when using Egg Dragon's or Bubble Dragon's Cuddle ability.
