The cost effective solution is to make that PC a kiosk style scenario (possibly full kiosk with auto login etc). Have everyone invite the email account of the conference room to meetings. Just run teams / zoom etc as an end user using an email for the conference room.
Do you use M365 / dropbox or similar now? just create a central place to upload meeting documents etc - then when you go into the room the files you need to share in the meeting are already there.
