In order to cure sickness, the player must heal the dragon. The time it takes to cure sickness depends on how overfull the status bar is, with a minimum of 29 minutes plus extra time for "Completing Treatment". A Remedy can cure a sick dragon instantly. Sickness will not cure itself if a dragon is not Healed, and cannot be cured by caring for a dragon with sadness-causing care actions.
