I have mp4 recordings that have been uploaded into Adobe connect. My clients can only view these recording if they use edge or internet explorer internet browsers. I have found an article (See below) on a workaround but there are no steps. Can anyone help me out? I need to be able to have my client's view these recording using chrome since chrome is the recommended browser for my companys product.
