I'm sure that there will be plenty of perspectives on an appropriate workflow when using cloud storage options. There will also be opinions on things that I shouldn't have done that I did do or those things that I did do that I shouldn't have done. These are all good insights for others who find themselves in a similar work situation. It may also be that other cloud-based storage systems have proven more robust in their file management algorithms (e.g., Google Driveor Dropbox) - these are things that I will be investigating with my team. However, for my part, I simply will view OneDrive as a archival system and not a work file storage system - it simply cannot be trusted to perform as advertised.
